If you are going to claim custody of another human being, you MUST take care of ALL of their needs, and all they did was hand her a single absorbant pad, then NOBODY bothered to check on her for 5 and half hours, half an hour AFTER she delivered?  | They should've fired the entire prison staff (including the warden), sent the prisoners to a domed ultra-maximum security prison with a retractable roof (tentatively dubbed a "Superjail" [where the warden is completely out of his mind]) (except for the woman who had the baby), and have the federal government shut it down; THEN criminals who get sent to it would get a ride in a private jet to the Superjail's undisclosed location (where the plane is ALWAYS on autopilot) (criminals who get the death penalty would just get thrown into a volcano [preferably the world's most active]).
