The VPN videos coming out of China clearly indicate that the morality is far higher perhaps 15 as to 100, that people are dying very quickly if they re-infected, the Chinese health system is collapsing, and there is growing civil unrest as they run out of food and water. The deaths is probably around the 100,000. There are many false negatives the test methods are not reliable, and as they don't have many test kits, they are lying as to the actual number of infected. The best figures is from the cruise ship (and Japan doesn't have enough test kits for the entire ship so you think China has enough test kits?) , the infection rate is very high and isolation as in buildings/ships/ventilation is spreading the virus. You would be far better taking over football fields and setting up tents in open air isolation not putting people in buildings, and certainly not putting many people in one building only to cross contaminate people.
