 | I was not thinking why don't you use dip since I've watched most of your videos. But I cannot eat a Kebob or Gyro without their yogurt/dill (?) sauce. They always look good, and first few bites are good, but they get old. I worked at a mall, different places, from age 16-18 and was often there a lot of my life.  | Doner kebab and gyro are two different things - gyro is ground lamb & beef and spices and cooked on those huge spits and sliced onto a pita, Doner is more like a sausage shape and it’s cooked on a grill 😊 That’s a gyro, but we’d not put fries, vegetables maybe, but not fries.  | The biggest döner/gyro/shwarma from an Indian place? Disappointed with you Turkish, Greek and Lebanese kebab shops of Britain. Strangely us Turks love having the "biggest whatever" for record challenges, this certainly hasn't occurred to our people over there. There's kinda criticism in Turkey for having chips/fries inside döner sandwiches. It was such an unorthodox practice before. Normally it's some onions, lettuce and tomatoes, sometimes pickles, but now fries have become kind of a staple in these wraps/sandwiches. Sauce on döner is not what we do normally, except for some southern towns. This actually caught up too, sold as "Hatay style" döner, named after a southern province of Turkey.
