 | Keith Young, and Sheneika Smith have accused the NCGA of an act of racial aggression with no evidence of such a thing. They should be sued for slander. The rest of Council let this slide and have caused a great amount of fear and confusion among the voters of Asheville. The City Charter can be dissolved by the NCGA and it should do so immediately, remove current Council, and appoint and interim Council for the duration of the terms of the current sitting members.
