 | I think Vostok watches are very decent watches; to begin with they have a clear identity. However, at the same time, I think the company does not do "the extra mile", reason for which I would not recommend the purchase of their product, less in the current pandemic environment. Not from them - Meranom in Christopol, nor from any third party because you might find yourself in a more than likely bad situation, as a buyer and / or for under guarantee services. My point: Vostok should pay more attention to issues like shipment, lead time and follow up. In normal conditions or in "pandemic" conditions, they should not take an easy position about the quality of the perceived service when it comes to lead times, they should engage in a proactive task that reaches the Russian Post, etc., and avoid lost in transit products, which happened to me; their lack of engaging in a proactive resolving task is really unique. They basically have no answers, no actions.. nothing. It seems to be that a Lost in Transit item is just the most normal thing... "it is what it is..". They can blame the Russian Post service to any extend, but, no matter how Vostok pictures it, it is Vostok problem! It is a problem the company has to deal with and they do not show willingness, at least, I did not perceive it. Again, it is not Russian Post problem, it is Vostok's; issues like this create and contribute to a negative perception of the company, it reflects a "third world" image.  | I'm a watch enthusiast, I have watches from all over the World, vintage and new. Russian watches are amazingly good for their price range BUT if you want to destroy your movement, use the method presented here to set your date, Vostok (Amphibia and Komanderski) date setting is very fragile and to keep it running well, change the date by a full hands turn, and not 24<->20h.  | I just bought the new 2020 24-hour model #030599. It is a much better watch than it has any right to be for the price, and I wish it'd be featured more! Or, more specifically, at ALL! This video's featured model is basically my "Big Red" with a 24 hour dial. The 030599 is very different and an absolutely excellent piece. Please feature it at some point! Thank you.  | I only own two watches...this one and a Garmin Instinct and I love them both! I replaced the stock band on the 24 hour Vostok with a black nato strap with stainless hardware to match the watch body and haven't looked back! ...well technically I have looked back as I'm apprenticing as a millwright and it still blows my mind how watch makers can cram so much mechanical tech into such a tiny housing!  | Hi, Thanks for the video. I have recentrly purchased one of this watch, very nice. I would want to know if bezel (that you rotate around 1:50) has classical "click" stops or is normal that the rotation is "fluid" without any click.
